How to order with BTC/ETH/USDT

1. Place your order on our website. You will get an order number.

2. Use coinbase website/app or any  other BTC tread App, rog in or regisiter your account.

3. Fund your BTC/ETH/USDT wallet via cerdit, debit card or other support peyment methods.

4. Send the corresponding amount of funds to our BTC/ETH/USDT wallet which displayed after your order place.

5. Send the proof of payment (such as screenshot) and order number to us by Whatsapp or Email.

6. We will confirm your order within 8 hours.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost will be calculated on checkout page based on your order items.

How long will it take for the buyer to receive their order?

On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 3-5 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply (7-10 business days).

 

Will I be charged Custom fee?

Normally you will not have to pay the custom fee because we declare the product value in low price.

But depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies or if they ask you to provide document please contact us.

 

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, the shipping tracking code will come in 3-5 days after order confirmed. (Shipping from factory to HonKong or Guangzhou) .We will update your logistics information in the system, please check your account in time. Usually, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 10 business days, please contact us by email([email protected] /whatsapp +1 (332) 258 5955).

 

My tracking says “No information available at the moment”

For some shipping companies, it takes 5-7 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 10 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us. In case of major holidays, such as Christmas and New Year, the logistics may be delayed due to the holiday of the industrial chain and supply chain. But don’t worry, the item will definitely be delivered to you.

 

Will my items be sent in one package?

They might be shipped in separate packages, and multiple tracking numbers will be provided after shipping.
